Our approach to business is quite simple: we want to provide you with the very finest quality home renovation and craftsmanship available anywhere while making the experience as pleasant and stress-free as we possibly can. In short, we strive for perfection from the discerning customer’s vantage point. Exterior Artisans are also about excellence, professionalism, and integrity. Ethics are a big part of our culture, along with doing things properly when nobody is looking. Discretion and honesty are important to many of our clients, and we strive to earn and maintain their trust at all times.
Our Story
Our story is an unusual one in that we didn’t set out to be in the home remodeling business. In fact, many of our team members have had very successful and fulfilling careers in large multinational corporations. Through a curious sequence of events and frustration after frustration with contractors, we decided we could and would do something about that. And so Home Exterior Systems, LLC (HES) was born.
Over a decade and thousands of home improvement projects later, we learned so much. Among the lessons learned is that homeowners are all different, and many aren’t planning to keep or live in their homes. These homeowners are generally not focused on quality craftsmanship but are highly price-conscious and only need things to seem “good enough.” This homeowner is generally looking to kick the can down the road, and just the consequences become someone else’s problem. While there is nothing wrong with shopping around for the best price, it is important to understand that you get what you pay for, as with most things in life.
Exterior Artisans is craftsmanship personified. The completed work far exceeds the sum of all manufacturer warranties. The fit and finish look is demonstrably superior to that of the typical “Chuck in a Truck” contractor.
